[For those of you still wondering what those fancy hand mirrors were for, well, it looks like there's no need to wonder that much longer.]
A mirror will let me see... Mon, what's that even supposed to mean?
[The comment itself is half muttered, not quite fully voiced aloud, but still readily audible as the visuals change, swerving from half tilted to the sky before it is aimed in the direction of the face of a black teenager, who upon getting a look at herself immediately tries to carefully comb a few leaves and twigs out of the curling mass of hair held off her shoulders in a ponytail, before giving up.]
I guess it'll come in use later.

Looks like it. You're a sight for sore eyes.
[Magical communication mirror wasn't exactly what she was expecting, but it could've been a lot worse. And more useless.]

I've got questions. Are you making the mirror work like this, and are you here? We're at some sort of abandoned temple, specifically, and most of us fell through a tunnel that ordered us to save the Green.
[ He lets that hang there for a beat, but doesn't follow up by asserting that he doesn't have a head injury. ]
If the answer to the second one is no, I've got more questions.

You too, huh? Definitely got the mysterious tunnel and request, but I'm in some kind of forest. As for the mirror, I guess I must have set it off somehow.
[There's a second as she thinks about anything she should ask, but then settles on the obvious.]
Anyone else we know here?
no subject
Yes.
[ He pulls at his t-shirt collar as if it's itching him. For a fraction of a second, he flashes three splayed fingers, but then they're scratching his neck. ]
Half the camp has introduced themselves to me. Most of them seem all right. A few are super cool.

Sounds like decent luck, considering.
[It's a bit obvious she's peering at the visible bit of the t-shirt he's wearing, trying to not ask, but, you know...]

Tim isn't sure he'll ever be comfortable confirming that he is not an average teenager, despite thinking that he's already overstepped that line in front of half the group. Someone had to fight the Wheelers. Even Bruce wouldn't let people get hurt. ]
I don't think I could ask for much more, unless I could go back to having a decent night's sleep in a warm bed with the prospect of an omelette for breakfast.
no subject
But, still not Bat-level. That's on you, Tim.]
I'm sure we'll be able to figure out some creature comforts for you and everybody. I can't help with the omelette though, mon.

I saw some bird's nests. [ Wasn't everyone climbing trees for better vantage points? ] I could probably get enough eggs for a few of us, but not everyone. You cook, I climb?
no subject
[Dexterity yes, more finessed cooking skills, not so much. She's still learning on that front.]
I bet we could probably find enough eggs for everybody with a bit of looking around. [Tim isn't the only one who likes heights.]
